Our Story
Wellness Food University began as a simple observation: many people want to eat healthier and cook at home, but lack the practical knowledge and confidence to do it consistently. Traditional cooking schools focused on technique and presentation, while nutrition advice often came from sources that were either too clinical or disconnected from everyday kitchen reality.
We decided to bridge that gap by creating an online course that teaches real home cooking — the kind of straightforward, nutritious meal preparation that fits into busy lives without requiring professional kitchen equipment or years of training.
Since our launch, we've worked with hundreds of home cooks across Bulgaria who wanted to improve their cooking skills, understand food better, and prepare meals that nourish both body and palate. Our approach combines foundational cooking technique, practical nutritional knowledge, and the confidence that comes from hands-on learning.

Founder & Lead Educator
Elena holds a degree in Food Science and brings 12 years of experience in nutrition education and home cooking instruction. She designed the core curriculum and leads all foundational modules, with a particular focus on helping students build confidence in the kitchen from day one.
Mikhail Petrov
Recipe Development & Video Production
Mikhail is a professional chef and videographer who creates the step-by-step cooking demonstrations for our course. His background spans both restaurant kitchens and home cooking education, allowing him to translate professional techniques into approachable lessons for everyday cooks.
